Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

AO Marketing LLC ("AO Marketing", "we") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at alyssanqmarketing@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use a form on this site (the contact page, the project form or the free Marketing Direction Call offer) or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, the services you are interested in, your biggest challenge, an optional budget range, how you prefer to be contacted and any details about your project.
  • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Choices stored on your device. If you change a setting in the accessibility menu, or make a choice about cookies, that setting is saved in your browser's local storage so it applies on your next visit. The site also remembers whether you have sent us a message (so our free call offer is not shown again) and, for the length of one visit, when the visit began, whether you have seen the offer and whether the opening animation has played. All of this stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics to understand how the site is used, and advertising tools from Google and Meta to measure our own ads. None of these load until you agree to them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as an opt-out.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share identifiers with advertising partners for ad measurement if you have allowed advertising cookies, which some state laws, including California's, treat as "sharing." You can opt out of that sharing at any time with Your Privacy Choices.

How we use information

  • To reply to you and to plan and deliver the work you ask us for.
  • To keep the website running, secure and working well.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we work with

We use trusted providers to run the site and handle email, such as our hosting provider and our email delivery service. They process information only on our behalf and under their own security obligations. If your project includes a website, we share the relevant project details with our independent website-development partner so they can plan, quote and build it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
