04Branding and identity
Branding that makes your business easy to remember.
We define how your business should look, sound and feel, then turn it into an identity that works everywhere, from your business cards to your latest Instagram post.
Branding, done with a plan
Branding is the art of attraction at its most basic. People notice businesses that look clear, confident and consistent, and they find it easier to trust them. Our branding work is for new businesses that need an identity from the ground up. It also suits established companies whose look has drifted over the years, with a logo from one era, colors from another and a website that matches neither. If your business looks smaller than it is, that’s a branding problem, and it’s one we love to solve.
As a branding agency, we put strategy before style. We learn who your customers are, what makes you different and how you want to be known, then write it down in plain language to guide the decisions that follow. With that in place, we design your brand identity: your logo, color palette, typography and imagery direction, shown on real things like signs, social posts and business cards. We pull it all together in brand guidelines that show you, and anyone you work with, how to use it.
A brand only works if it shows up the same way everywhere. Your website, your social media, your ads and your printed pieces should share one look and one voice, whether someone meets you online or across a counter. We create templates for the materials you use most and stay close while the new brand rolls out. Planning a rebrand? We’ll help you decide what to keep, what to refresh and how to introduce the new look, so your loyal customers come along with you.

This is a good fit if
- your logo was a quick fix, and your business has outgrown it.
- your website, social media and print look like different businesses.
- you’re launching something new and want to start with a strong identity.
- you know what makes you different but struggle to put it into words.

What is the difference between a brand and a logo?
Your logo is one piece of your brand. Your brand is the whole impression: how you look, how you sound, what you stand for and how it feels to work with you. We design logos too, starting from the bigger picture of who you are and who you serve.
What is brand strategy?
Brand strategy defines who your business is for, what makes it different and how you want to be known. It’s the thinking behind each design choice and each line of copy. Without it, a brand can look nice and still say nothing.
Do I need a rebrand or a refresh?
A refresh updates your look while keeping what people already recognize, such as a modernized logo, a sharper color palette or new templates. A full rebrand rethinks the strategy and the identity from the ground up. We’ll look at where your brand stands today and recommend the smallest change that solves the problem.
What are brand guidelines?
Brand guidelines are a simple reference that shows how to use your logo, colors, fonts, imagery and voice. They keep things consistent, whether it’s you, an employee or a printer working with your brand. We write ours to be used, not filed away.
What files will I receive with my logo?
You’ll receive your logo in each version you need, such as full, stacked and icon versions, in full color and in black and white. Each one comes in formats for screen and print, like PNG, SVG and PDF, organized so they’re easy to find and share.
How long does a branding project take?
It depends on the scope. A refresh of an existing brand moves faster than a new identity built on fresh strategy. We share a timeline before we begin, with time built in for your feedback at each stage.
How does branding connect to my website and social media?
Your brand is the thread that ties it all together. Once your identity is set, your website, social posts, ads and printed pieces all use the same logo, colors, fonts and voice, so people recognize you wherever they find you. That consistency helps a first impression grow into trust.
